Role Overview
You will be responsible for delivering a high quality, efficient reprographics and print service, ensuring all requests are completed accurately, on time, and to a professional standard. This role combines hands on technical work with stakeholder interaction and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage reprographics equipment including printers, photocopiers, and scanners
- Produce a variety of print outputs such as booklets, laminated materials, bound documents, and trimmed prints
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of completed materials
- Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment (e.g. toner replacement, paper jams)
- Coordinate with external suppliers for servicing and repairs
- Monitor and manage stock levels of consumables (paper, toner, etc.)
- Track usage data and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes
- Ensure all work complies with data protection and copyright guidelines
- Provide guidance and training to colleagues on office based printing equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Support document digitisation and basic desktop publishing (e.g. newsletters, posters)
- Assist with wider administrative duties, events, or logistics when required
Candidate Profile
Essential
- Previous experience in a reprographics or print services role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Understanding of confidentiality and data handling practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and print related software
Desirable
- Experience with desktop publishing tools
- Awareness of health and safety standards in a workplace setting
