Job Overview

Leading Airline Group is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Project Manager to lead the delivery of Release 2 of its Oracle Fusion HCM transformation programme. This role will drive end-to-end implementation of multiple HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance, and operational readiness in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM Release 2 implementation across all workstreams
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budget, RAID logs, and governance reporting
  • Oversee deployment of Performance, Talent, Learning, and HR Help Desk modules
  • Coordinate testing phases including SIT, UAT, and business validation
  • Ensure successful data migration, integrations, and security alignment
  • Manage stakeholders across HR, IT, PMO, and third-party vendors
  • Drive business readiness, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare support

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM programmes or releases
  • Strong knowledge of Performance, Talent, Learning, and HR Help Desk modules
  • Expertise in enterprise programme delivery, governance, and RAID management
  • Experience managing system integrators and offshore delivery teams
  • Strong understanding of testing, data migration, and release management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
