Our Fruit & Veg counters are a huge part of what makes our stores special. As Team Leader, you’ll lead our Fruit & Veg team to keep our produce fresh, our displays vibrant, and our shelves well-stocked for our local shoppers every day.

Put customers first

Inspire your team to deliver friendly, helpful service, placing customers at the heart of everything you do and acting on their feedback.

Maintain exceptional standards

Reduce waste and keep quality sky-high through careful stock handling, date code checking, rotation, and proper storage.

Lead and support your team

Coordinate day-to-day department communication, creating an engaging, supportive environment where achievements are recognised and ideas are welcomed.

Keep operations running smoothly

Analyse department data to simplify routines, speed up processes, and ensure all safety, quality, and legal guidelines are met.

Experienced in planning workloads to meet strict daily deadlines, keeping routines on track even when the store gets busy.
