About the role
We're looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in
Trowbridge (BA14), supporting
four adults aged 30s-50s with
Profound or Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), epilepsy and complex health needs.
You'll provide
1:1 and 2:1 support, helping people enjoy active, engaging and meaningful lives while supporting their health, wellbeing and independence.
The people we support enjoy
* Hydrotherapy and swimming
* Music, sensory experiences and interactive activities
* Day trips and visiting places they enjoy
* Video games and relaxation time
* Exploring new opportunities and experiences
* Holidays and making lasting memories
Support includes
* Supporting people with their personal care
* Mobility support
* Administering medication
* PEG feeding
* Meal preparation
* Supporting people to take part in the things they enjoy
Full training will be provided for all specialist health and support needs.
Family involvement is important, and you'll work closely with relatives and colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality support.
Shifts
* 7:00am - 4:00pm
* 4:00pm - 10:00pm
* Long day + sleep-in: 9:00am - 9:00am (following day)

Sleep-ins
10:00pm - 7:00am (£50 paid to sleep)
Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
About you
You'll be a great fit if you're
* Positive, patient and person-centred
* Comfortable supporting personal care and complex needs
* A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
* Reliable with good timekeeping
* Willing to learn specialist skills and healthcare support techniques
* Someone who enjoys supporting people to take part in the things that matter to them
* Comfortable supporting hydrotherapy and swimming
* A driver with a full UK driving licence
Experience is helpful but not essential — we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
