Undertake delegated clinical duties including

Phlebotomy. Diabetes Reviews NHS Health Checks ECGs Blood pressure monitoring. Height, weight and BMI measurements. Mental Health Reviews Cardio Renal and Metabolic Reviews Assist with patient care navigation and signposting to appropriate services. Support with referral processes Support Nurse and GPA with maintaining clinical registers Ensure accurate clinical coding and documentation within SystmOne. Proactively support patients to improve their health and wellbeing within the community. Maintain and manage stock levels, ensuring clinical rooms are fully stocked and organised. Monitor vaccine and clinical stock supplies and support cold-chain processes where required Promote health education and preventative healthcare initiatives. Support the nursing and clinical team with infection prevention and control procedures. Maintain infection prevention and control standards at all times. Escalate any abnormal findings or safeguarding concerns appropriately. Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care in accordance with policies, local protocols and NHS standards. Maintain confidentiality and comply with information governance policies. Contribute to service improvement and support the wider multidisciplinary team.
