Bank Supply Chain Transformation Supervisor | Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust

To support the delivery of the Supply Chain Materials Management Audit Programme across NWLPS managed sites, undertaking structured reviews of operational Supply Chain activities, compliance and service performance.

To assess compliance with the Supply Chain Materials Management Service Policy and agreed operational standards, identifying areas of variation, operational risk, non-compliance and opportunities for improvement.

To undertake site audits, stakeholder engagement and benchmarking activities across Supply Chain operations, including workforce, inventory management, goods receipting, distribution, customer service, health and safety and associated processes.

To produce evidence-based findings, assurance scores, observations and recommendations that support decision making, future service improvement, standardisation and development of the future operating model.

• Audit Planning, Delivery and Stakeholder Engagement – Support the planning and delivery of the Supply Chain Materials Management Audit Programme, engaging with operational, clinical and corporate stakeholders to facilitate site reviews and evidence gathering.
• Compliance, Assurance and Benchmarking – Assess compliance with the Supply Chain Materials Management Service Policy and operational standards, benchmarking performance across sites and identifying variation, risks and areas of non-compliance.
• Service Delivery and Operational Review – Review and assess Supply Chain operational activities including inventory management, replenishment, goods receipting, distribution, customer service and workforce deployment.
• Information Analysis and Reporting – Collect, analyse and interpret audit findings, operational data and supporting evidence to produce assurance scores, observations, risk assessments and benchmarking reports.
• Recommendations and Service Improvement – Develop evidence based findings, recommendations and prioritised improvement opportunities to support future service development, standardisation and operating model design
