About this role

To support on the delivery of a comprehensive, professional, and confidential support function in the provision of Facilities management services.

Facilities teams are responsible for providing safe, clean and supporting environment in which clinical services can operate effectively and covers services such as cleaning, catering, waste management, portering, linen and pest control.

The post holder will work alongside Facilities Managers and their team in delivering effective facilities management services. The job is 37.5 hours per week.

The post is based at Watford Hospital but there may occasionally be a requirement to travel to other sites at Hemel Hempstead and St Albans. Driving license is required.

Please note - we are unable to obtain a Certificate of Sponsorship (Work Permit) for this role.

To provide admin support to the management and auditing team, typing up and sending out audit reports and compiling monthly reports.

Manage the inbox for all facilities related queries responding where possible or allocating to the appropriate person.

Completing, extracting relevant datix data, ensuring the Datix’s are reviewed and compiling relevant reports, and chasing up information.

Organising meetings and taking minutes where applicable.

Using the Micad system to manage pest control and other relevant jobs

Ensuring that all catering reports are saved onto the shared.
