Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
Assisting with Religious Duties
Support the Lead Granthi in daily services, including Prakash, Rehras Sahib, and Sukhasan of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
Kirtan & Path
Perform Kirtan, recite Gurbani, and assist in conducting continuous or scheduled Akhand Paths and Sehaj Paths.
Langar & Premises Seva
Assist in the preparation, serving, and management of Langar, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to traditional Sikh customs and hygiene standards.
Pastoral Support & Community Care
Engage with visitors, assist in welcoming the Sangat, and support community members during daily visits and special programs.
Event Support
Assist in organizing and managing logistics for major Gurpurabs, Sunday Diwans, and special religious events.
