Community Physiotherapist - ULV - Fixed Term

To operate as a professional member of the team maintaining the highest standards to represent and promote HCT. To act as a resource and provide advice for other members of the MDT. To develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme for patients which they can carry out within their own home and will contribute to their safe discharge. To maintain therapy records and ensure others do the same. To undertake a clinical caseload to a high professional standard, using knowledge and skills from theoretical and practical experience. Please see attached job description for more details In addition to the basic salary, this post attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary.
