About this role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Construction recruitment team.

Location

Northampton - with regular travel across Essex and Birmingham, regular working from home

Hours

37.5 hours per week (full time) or part-time as agreed - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver a proactive and strategic recruitment service across the Construction business. You'll be working closely with hiring managers to ensure we recruit the right person into the right role, whilst focusing on driving down recruitment costs through direct sourcing and delivering a first-class service to all candidates and stakeholders. What will you be responsible for?

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you'll be working within the Construction Talent Acquisition team, supporting them in delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes. Your day to day will include:

-Delivering a high quality, proactive in-house recruitment service and sourcing candidates through various channels

-Providing market insights and expert advice to hiring managers on effective recruitment strategies

-Building excellent relationships with stakeholders and working collaboratively with HR colleagues

-Driving down agency costs through direct sourcing and building high-quality talent pools

-Acting as a positive brand ambassador, promoting Kier as an employer of choice on social media

What are we looking for?

This role of Talent Acquisition Business Partner is great for you if

-You have recruitment experience across Construction specifically within Build

-You have demonstrable experience in directly sourcing candidates using a variety of attraction methods

-You have significant experience in high volume recruitment, either within an internal recruitment team or recruitment organisation

-You have strong stakeholder management skills at multiple levels across a range of functions

-You're a forward thinker with proven experience of working proactively and using your own initiative

-You have excellent attention to detail and experience using recruitment systems
