Package Description

Mixed shift pattern

early (5:30-14:30), middle and late (13:00-22:00)

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and presentation standards.
• Supervise and motivate kitchen team members during service.
• Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal menu changes.
• Manage food ordering, stock rotation, and inventory control.
• Monitor food costs, waste, and labour efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, Health & Safety, and company procedures.
• Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members.
• Lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Support hospitality events, special functions, and promotional activities.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
• Strong culinary skills and passion for quality food.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene legislation.
• Experience with stock control, ordering, and cost management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
