Sales & Development Executive with experience (or the ability to learn) across all modes of transport to join our dynamic team.

Role Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in freight sales (sea, air, and road) within a freight forwarding environment.
- A proven track record in sales and business development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the global freight industry.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A collaborative and dynamic team spirit.
- Outstanding English and mathematics skills.
Sales & Development Executive, you will
- Identify and source new business opportunities, leveraging your own leads and those provided by the Sales and Operations teams.
- Develop new sales across FCL/LCL sea freight, air freight, and road freight, for both imports and exports.
- Operate flexibly, with responsibilities both in-office and in the field.
- Bring transferable business connections (advantageous but not essential).
- Prepare accurate quotations, ensuring the inclusion of all relevant terms and clauses.
