Key Responsibilities Include
Deliveringsafe, efficient, and high-quality clinical assessmentsvia telephone and video consultations. Providing leadership, mentorship and clinical guidanceto the wider contact centre team. Assisting withtriage decisions and managing workload acuityduring operational shifts. Contributing to governance, quality assurance, and shared learning initiatives. Ensuring patient safety and appropriate care pathways through collaboration with other services and healthcare providers. Upholding SECAmbs commitment tosafeguarding, equality, and diversityin every patient interaction.
Additional Requirements
Registered GP withat least two years autonomous practice. GMC registration and inclusion on the GP Performers List. Experience intriage, urgent care, or emergency medicinesettings desirable. Proficient communication skills and IT literacy essential. Willingness to work flexibly, including out-of-hours and public holidays.
