Vacancy for a Nursery Practitioner/Teaching Assistant at Regina Coeli Catholic Primary SchoolRegina Coeli Primary School is looking to appoint a Level 3 Practitioner/Teaching Assistant for 33 hours a week to join our dedicated team.Are you passionate about early childhood education? Role Details

Salary

Grade 3-5, Scale points 5-15 FTE £29,436 - £33,987 with a pay award pending (actual £24,012 - £27,725) depending on experience.

Hours

8.15am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8.15am to 3.15pm Friday with a one hour unpaid lunch break. Term time only (38 weeks plus 5 INSET days). There may be the opportunity to work 48 weeks and an adjusted salary would reflect this.

Our ideal candidate will

Have Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (or equivalent)Have previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting (desirable)Have a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) frameworkHave strong communication skills and a caring, patient approachHave a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenEnjoy working with children and helping to inspire them to achieve high standards and realise their potentialWork successfully in collaboration with others and contribute towards the school ethos and school improvement activitiesBe able to positively promote inclusion and have high expectations for all childrenHave a good level of English and mathematics and excellent oral and written communication skills.
