About this role

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Broadmoor High Secure Hospital for a part time (30 hours) permanent position as Team Secretary to the Head of Integrated Group Therapies (IGT) and the IGT Team.

Duties will include taking accurate minutes at various IGT & psychological meetings, organising the psychological services referral panel meeting and other meetings, arranging appointments for visiting professionals, audio and copy typing, drafting reports and correspondence, circulating relevant documentation within agreed timescales and diary management.

Working within the administration team, applicants will need to be enthusiastic, an excellent communicator, organised and flexible in your approach to work.

The post holder will be responsible for providing full secretarial and administration support to assist in the effective operational management of the Integrated Group Therapies (IGT) & Psychological Services including supporting the Head of IGT and Psychological Services.

Duties will include attending the IGT Plan of the day meeting and confirming escorting requirements and incompatibilities, updating the IGT database and group timetables with patients attending; to update and distribute monthly table of upcoming CPA dates; to collate data from Relapse Prevention facilitators, to order catering supplies; entering invoices / purchase orders on Integra; arranging hospitality and hotel accommodation and booking in visitors, collecting and escorting as required.
