As our M&E Services Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring we meet our statutory compliance responsibilities across
mechanical and electrical systems.
Working closely with the M&E Contracts Manager, you’ll help deliver servicing, maintenance, and inspection programmes across a
wide range of systems including electrical testing, lifts (LOLER), door entry, CCTV, lightning protection, and more.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, where you’ll coordinate contractors, manage data and records, support performance
monitoring, and help ensure our customers remain safe in their homes.
