Based out of our beautifully converted barn on the outskirts of Milton Keynes, we manufacture and distribute premium, life-changing mobility scooters. Role Overview

Are you a professional self starter who loves a dynamic mix of the open road and a welcoming office environment? We are seeking a full-time, permanent Product Specialist & Mobility Consultant to join our team.

When you are not travelling across the UK delivering pre-booked, in-home product demonstrations, you will be based at our comfortable, friendly head office. While in the office, you will do showroom demonstrations and also assist with contacting interested customers who have reached out to us..

This is not a high-pressure sales role. Our process is entirely customer-focused. Your primary goal is to assess the customer's unique physical needs, lifestyle, and environment to ensure they get the perfect mobility solution.

Key Responsibilities

In-Home Demonstrations

Drive to pre-booked customer locations across the UK to showcase our premium mobility scooters.

Weekly Overnight Travel

Stay overnight away from home on a weekly basis to efficiently cover multiple demonstrations scheduled consecutively in all areas of the mainland GB.

Showroom Consultation

Host and guide visitors at our Milton Keynes showroom, providing a warm, informative, and pressure-free experience.

Follow-Ups

Respond to warm inbound inquiries and leads coming from our marketing activities.

You genuinely love being on the move, enjoy long-distance driving, and look forward to exploring and navigating different parts of the UK.

Comfortable with Weekly Overnight Stays

You are happy and able to stay away from home on a weekly basis to service our remote UK customers.

Local to the Area

You live in Milton Keynes or the surrounding areas, making a daily commute to our office when you aren't on the road.

Patient & Adaptable

You take your time, adapt your communication style to each person, and feel comfortable interacting with a diverse group of people—specifically elderly individuals and those living with visible or invisible disabilities that make walking unaided a daily challenge.

Requirements

A clean, valid UK driving licence is strictly required. A DBS check may be required due to working closely with vulnerable adults.
