Operational Lead - Medical Therapy Team

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Medical Therapy Team. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists and therapy support workers, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients. Monitor and evaluate service delivery, implementing improvements where necessary. Manage caseloads, prioritizing urgent and complex cases. Ensure compliance with relevant policies, guidelines, and best practice standards. Support the training, development, and supervision of therapy staff and students. Contribute to service development initiatives and quality improvement projects.
