Clinical Support Worker - Swale MIU

Our MIU requires a finely tuned infrastructure to ensure patients receive the investigations they require at the earliest possible opportunity. Many of these technical roles are undertaken by our supporting workforce, including: ECG recording Recording Vital Signs, National Early Warning Scores and neurological observations Urinalysis Wound care Suturing/plastering In addition key infrastructural functions such as: Completing checklists. Checking equipment and replacing vital stock. Undertaken fundamentals of care for all service users. Supporting staff play a major role in the provision of expert care and quality initiatives within the MIU. All actions will be documented within the patient notes or department documents.
