Remote General Practitioner

As an IUC General Practitioner within the National Homeworking Clinical Team, you will deliver safe, effective clinical assessment and diagnosis through telephone, email and online video consultations. You will provide timely advice, treatment decisions and onward referrals for patients requiring enhanced clinical assessment. Working within Practice Plus Group IUCs Clinical Assessment Service, you will support a 24/7 service that works alongside NHS 111 and Out of Hours services, helping patients access the most appropriate care without unnecessary repeat assessments. You will function autonomously within your scope of practice while collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care, support fellow clinicians and ensure patients receive the right care at the right time. Prescribing responsibilities form part of the role where appropriate. This is a fully remote role with an opportunity to support every part of our service as a specialist clinician to assist with the changing demand across the UK.
