Events Coordinator and Schools Liaison

We are looking for an outgoing, proactive and highly organised individual who is driven to engage with the community and make a real impact as a key public representative for our College Group.

As an Events Coordinator and Schools Liaison, you’ll be at the heart of our student recruitment strategy, leading the design and delivery of an engaging schools liaison programme and coordinating high profile promotional events across all our campus sites. Working closely with the Marketing Team and academic colleagues, you’ll keep prospective learners informed and motivated throughout their recruitment journey. This includes delivering lively assemblies and external school presentations, coordinating campus tours and open days, and producing rich, fun social media content to boost our brand visibility.

Acting as a key point of contact, you will confidently build relationships and handle queries from local schools, community partners and internal stakeholders. This role requires a sharp eye for detail and proficiency across Microsoft, Google and creative packages like Canva to design promotional materials, maintain tracking data and support conversion goals.

If you have a proven track record in event management, experience in schools outreach and thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment, this is a fantastic opportunity. If you have previously worked with digital analytics tools, digital content creation or have a strong understanding of data driven marketing, this will be to your advantage in delivering a high quality service.
