Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all aspects of committee meetings including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking.

Serve as the primary point of contact for committee members and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Ensure compliance with governance policies, regulations, and procedures related to committee operations.

Prepare, distribute, and archive committee documents such as reports, agendas, minutes, and correspondence.

Support committee chairs in the facilitation of meetings and decision-making processes.

Monitor and track action items and decisions arising from committee meetings to ensure follow-up and completion.

Develop and maintain efficient systems and processes for managing committee-related activities and records.

Requirements

Proven experience in committee management, governance, or a related administrative role.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency with office software including word processing, spreadsheets, and electronic calendar systems.

Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.

Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and record keeping.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines during the interim period.
