About this role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. Duties include assisting with personal care, medication support, meal preparation, mobility assistance, companionship, and maintaining accurate care records. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, dignity and respect for clients, and the ability to work independently while following individual care plans and company policies. Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
