Matron / Clinical Lead

The post holder will ensure that improvements in the planning, implementation and evaluation of care are based on user involvement and feedback from consumer networks and individuals. To promote a model of recovery and social inclusion and facilitate evidence based care. Responsibility for the management of staff in the designated area; ensuring that staff are supervised, appraised, offered advice, and developed to the best potential with educational needs met within the Multi-disciplinary Team, including learners allocated to the wards. Carry out any other duties commensurate with the duties of this post.
