About this role
Booker | Technology Infrastructure
At Booker, we’re building secure, reliable technology that helps our colleagues serve customers better every day. We believe great things happen when everyone feels welcome, supported and able to be themselves at work.
As a Systems Engineer I in the Booker Technology Infrastructure team, you’ll play an important part in strengthening the security of our core IT systems and supporting the evolution of our technology security framework.
You’ll work closely with a Systems Engineer II and collaborate with a mix of internal colleagues and trusted third‑party partners. Together, you’ll help protect our platforms by using industry‑leading security tools and delivering security‑focused improvement projects.
This role offers a balance of hands‑on engineering and structured delivery. You’ll contribute to onboarding SaaS systems into our SSO identity platform, supporting new teams, third parties and systems onto our PAM solution, and keeping our infrastructure diagrams, asset inventory and security evidence up to date ahead of regular assessments.
You’ll also help maintain service level reporting, including Disaster Recovery and Total Loss Recovery testing, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to identify and embed continuous improvements.
