We are looking for a Policy professional to join our forward-thinking team. This role would suit an individual who is passionate about lowering carbon emissions and is looking to take their career to the next level and gain hand-on experience in a thriving and supporting workplace.

An experienced policy professional with strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver strategy and outcomes. Experienced in complex policy areas involving commercial, political and regulatory considerations. Demonstrates effective engagement with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, operating confidently in complex environments.

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to

  • Lead the delivery and publication of bus franchise guidance.
  • Identify and assess options, risks, and impacts using data, stakeholder input, and scenario planning.
  • Produce and manage realistic delivery plans that take into account ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Build consensus for the policy agenda and the delivery plans across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate complex issues clearly and persuasively to a range of audiences, both orally and in writing.
