Salary

£30,000+ per annum DOE

Hours

Full-Time, 40 hours per week (5 days on rotating shifts)

Contract

All year round (Closed only on Bank Holidays and 2 weeks at Christmas)

We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for two distinct roles

Baby Room Practitioner

Working with babies aged 3 to 18 months.

Toddler Room Practitioner

Working with children aged 2 to 3 years.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Foster cognitive, linguistic, spiritual, social, emotional, and physical development.

Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment tailored to your specific age group.

Observe, assess, and plan activities that enable children to explore their capabilities.

Maintain excellent, supportive communication with parents and external families.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications

Minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification (or above).

Experience

At least 1 year of recent experience working in a day nursery setting.

Location

Must live nearby or within an easy, reliable commute to Finchley (N3).

Right to Work

You must hold the valid legal right to work in the UK.
