Notting Hill, W11 (West London)

Salary

£26,500 – £29,000/year (Negotiable and can exceed £29,000 for candidates with 3+ years of experience OR Montessori training, alongside strong EYFS and Ofsted knowledge)

Hours

40 hours per week (Enjoy a 4-day compressed working week!)

Working Pattern

8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (Get a regular day off each week!)

Lunch Break

1-hour fully paid lunch break daily

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our client's team. You will deliver high-quality care and education, creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for young children to thrive.

Requirements

Qualification

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).

Compliance

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).

Certifications

Valid Paediatric First Aid, Prevent Duty, and Safeguarding certificates.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of previous working experience in a UK nursery setting (essential).

Specialism

Montessori training is preferred, but not essential.

Skills

Strong communication, teamwork, and a genuine love for early years education.
