About this role
Post holder will work closely with our pacing team to check planned attendances to clinics and to chase and discuss with patients, carers and family members when patients fail to arrive. You will help the team to ensure all next appointments are made and letters sent using the Department cardiology system. In the circumstances of a device alert, to support team in identifying patients involved and compiling contact details Frequent stock deliveries will require checking in and putting to the stock shelves
