Head Bartender, you will receive

Salary

It is anticipated you will receive

from £14.82 (minimum contracted rate) to £18 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked - inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

We are looking for our

Head Bartender, who will

-

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring efficient service, high-quality drink preparation, and an exceptional guest experience.

Develop and maintain an innovative and appealing drinks menu, including cocktails, wines, and beverages, aligned with customer preferences and business goals.

-

Inspire, coach, and mentor the bar team, creating a positive and engaging team culture.

-

Ensure consistently high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction within the bar area.

-

Collaborate with the Restaurant and Bar Manager to ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.

Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining brand reputation.

Have previous experience working as

Senior Bartender, Head Bartender or

Bar Supervisor/Team Leader in the 5-star hotel environment
