Partnerships Officer

The Partnership Officer will play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of the Transforming People Services (TPS) programme by coordinating engagement and partnership activities with Trade Unions and key workforce stakeholders across the NHS. Working as part of one of the NHS's largest and most complex HR transformation programmes, the postholder will help ensure effective communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement to support the successful implementation of programme objectives. The role will support the delivery of partnership working across the programme, acting as a key point of contact for Trade Union representatives and wider stakeholders. Working closely with the Partnerships Lead, programme teams and colleagues across NHS England, the postholder will coordinate engagement activities, maintain stakeholder information, support meetings and consultations, and help ensure stakeholder feedback is captured, analysed and reflected in programme delivery. Support the planning and delivery of partnership engagement activities with Trade Union representatives and workforce stakeholders, ensuring effective coordination of meetings, consultations and communications. Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, helping to promote collaboration, timely information sharing and effective programme engagement. Provide high-quality project and administrative support to the Partnerships function, including maintaining stakeholder records, preparing briefing materials, tracking actions and monitoring engagement activities.
