We’re looking for

  • Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
  • At least 2 years’ experience in social care
  • QCF Level 2 (or above)
  • 36 hours per week (day shifts)
  • Availability to work alternate weekends
  • This position is on a two week rolling rota, so you must be available to work the following shifts
  • Week one will be the following days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
  • Week two will be the following days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Your role

Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship

Support residents with personal care and daily living

  • Encourage independence and wellbeing
  • Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
  • Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
  • Work closely with families and healthcare professionals

Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management
