The Role

We seek a candidate with a strong clinical background in acute surgical care to ensure the Theatre department is Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring, and Well Led. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Theatre team, building strong relationships with staff, consultants, and stakeholders. They will drive excellence in safety and quality of care, monitor standards, identify risks, and implement changes for continuous improvement.
