What Youll Do As the Business Process Manager Executive, you will: Leading the review, design, and optimisation of business processes across clinical, operational, and corporate functions Working with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements aligned to organisational strategy Driving process standardisation, digital adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives Mapping current and future-state processes using recognised methodologies (e.g. BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), LEAN) Supporting digital transformation programmes, ensuring processes align with systems such as Microsoft 365 and other platforms Establishing governance frameworks to monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve processes Analysing data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and improvement opportunities Advocate and promote service design and continuous improvement methodology Champion the use, support the design and manage the collection of customer insight data to create an evidence base to support decision making in relation to service design and continuous improvement Act as mentor/coach/advisor and provide training, guidance and support in Agile and Lean practices to those involved in service design and continuous improvement Deliver events and produce and curate content on SharePoint to support the development of a continuous improvement culture at the Hospice
