We're working with specialist SEN schools across Fleet that are looking for Psychology Graduates to join their teams from September.

These opportunities are ideal for graduates who want to make a real difference while developing practical skills and experience within education and child support services.

You don't need previous classroom experience to apply.

If you bring the right attitude and willingness to learn, we'll provide the support, training, and guidance to help you feel confident in your role.

  • Supporting children and young people with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Working closely with teachers and SEN staff throughout the school day

Providing 1

1 and small group support

  • Helping students build confidence, emotional regulation, and independence
  • Supporting positive behaviour strategies
  • Creating a calm, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment

  • Interested in child development and mental health

  • Weekly PAYE pay from £100 per day
  • Free CPD and specialist SEN training
