Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain practical experience working with children and young people?
Interested in applying your understanding of behaviour, mental health, and child development in a rewarding, real-world setting?
We're working with a range of specialist SEN schools across Basingstoke that are looking for Psychology Graduates to join their teams from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting students with additional needs while building valuable skills for future careers within education, psychology, or mental health services.
You don't need classroom experience to apply for these roles.
Schools are looking for individuals who are patient, empathetic, resilient, and passionate about supporting young people. If you're willing to learn and can build positive relationships, we can help you develop the rest.
You'll receive ongoing support, guidance, and access to training before and during your placement.
- Supporting students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs

Working on a 1
1 basis and in small groups
- Helping pupils build confidence, communication, and emotional regulation skills
- Supporting behaviour in a calm and consistent manner
- Assisting teachers and SEN staff within the classroom
- Creating a positive and supportive learning environment

- Weekly PAYE pay from £100 per day
