We're currently working with specialist SEN schools across Andover that are looking for Psychology Graduates to join their teams from September.

These roles are perfect for graduates who are passionate about making a positive impact and gaining meaningful, hands-on experience in a supportive school setting.

You don't need previous experience working in education to apply.

Schools are looking for individuals who are empathetic, patient, resilient, and able to build positive relationships with young people.

If you're willing to learn and want to make a difference, we'll provide the support and training needed to help you succeed.

  • Supporting students with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH

Providing 1

1 and small group support throughout the school day

  • Helping pupils manage emotions and engage with learning
  • Encouraging confidence, independence, and communication skills
  • Supporting behaviour using calm and consistent approaches
  • Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience linked to areas such as

You'll develop transferable skills in behaviour support, emotional regulation, safeguarding, and trauma-informed practice.

  • Weekly PAYE pay from £100 per day
