About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, organised, and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in health and social care who is ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our care service while maintaining high standards of person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and manage staff rotas to ensure all care visits are covered efficiently.

* Recruit new care staff, arrange interviews, and support the onboarding process.

* Create and manage recruitment and promotional adverts across social media platforms.

* Deliver induction training and provide ongoing support to new employees.

* Attend business and operational meetings, contributing to the continued development of the service.

* Promote our care services and build relationships with potential new clients and the local community.

* Develop, review, and maintain person-centred care plans.

* Liaise with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and care staff to ensure effective communication and continuity of care.

* Provide emergency cover for care shifts when required.

* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.

* Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day operation of the service.
