Job plans will vary based on the total PAs offered. The recommend post is 10PAs, these are split 7.5 DCC / 2.5 SPA. It is possible to work up to 12PAs per week incorporating one day with no hospital commitments and 1:14 on-call with prospective cover. On-call Commitments The Consultants currently operate a 1 in 11 rota with prospective cover for the Department. Current working practice is to be in the Department between 14:00-2200Hrs Monday to Friday when on-call, and for 6 hours on both Saturday and Sunday when on-call at the weekend.
