• Up to £38,300 basic salary, with uncapped earning potential of approximately £10,000 OTE annually
• 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Duties of a

Service Vehicle Technician

• Performing routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance on various vehicle makes and models
• Carrying out diagnostic tests and electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) following manufacturer standards
• Completing accurate digital write-ups and maintaining detailed job cards
• Supporting warranty work and ensuring repairs meet safety and quality standards
• Adhering to workshop processes and safety protocols
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and quality workmanship
• Maintaining a safe and efficient workshop environment

Requirements of a

Service Vehicle Technician

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Service Vehicle Technician, with diagnostics and warranty experience preferred
• MOT licence is desirable; training can be provided if not yet qualified
• Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a professional automotive setting
• Flexible attitude towards working hours, including occasional Saturday mornings on a rota basis
