We are looking for caring, reliable and committed

Housing Support Assistants to join our team and provide additional cover over the Christmas, New Year period and on going

This is a great opportunity for experienced support workers, housing support workers, care workers, or anyone with a passion for supporting vulnerable adults, young people and helping people maintain safe and stable accommodation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing practical and emotional support to residents
• Conducting

regular property and area patrols

• Carrying out

welfare checks on residents

• Monitoring communal areas and reporting any concerns
• Identifying and reporting maintenance, health & safety or safeguarding issues
• Supporting residents with day-to-day needs
• Responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies
• Completing accurate records, reports and shift handovers
• Maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
• Working effectively as part of a professional support team

✔️ Confident carrying out patrols and welfare checks

✔️ Able to work independently and as part of a team

✔️ Flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends and nights

✔️ Previous experience in housing support, supported accommodation, care or similar work is desirable
