About this role
We're looking for an Operational Support Officer to join our new CQC-registered residential mental health service in Beckenham, delivered in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.As Everyturn's first London-based service, our 12 to 14-bed clinically led community rehabilitation service provides 24/7 support to people with complex mental health needs in a safe, well-governed, and recovery-focused environment.This role is not eligible for sponsorship as it does not meet the requirements set out by UK Visas and Immigration.This is a full-time role, contracted until December 2026. About the roleAs an Operational Support Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the Service Manager with the ongoing organisation, development, and operational delivery of the service. Focusing on non-clinical compliance, governance, and administration, you'll help ensure the service runs smoothly and effectively, enabling colleagues to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
You will
Complete non-clinical compliance and governance tasks under the guidance of the Service ManagerSupport rota management, ensuring supervision and training time is appropriately plannedWork collaboratively across the wider Operational Support team within Nursing ServicesContribute to improving and standardising operational processes across servicesLiaise with Central Support teams to resolve compliance and operational issuesSupport data collection, audits, inspections, and regulatory reportingAssist with preparing evidence for reviews and external inspections
About you
