Leading a team of senior personnel the role covers responsibility for the overall management and performance of the business, ensuring smooth and profitable daily operations across both front and back of house. This will entail overseeing all aspects of the business including, sales & marketing, HR, all areas of legal compliance, finance and property management

To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements: -

• Eligibility to live and work in UK

• UKVI-compliant English literacy

• Proven ability to lead, manage and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations

• Minimum 3 years (ideally 5) previous experience in a General Manager or senior restaurant management role

• Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols

• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
