About this role
Support students aged 8-13 with special educational needs on a unique campus featuring forest schooling and stables.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with core subjects (numeracy, literacy, PSHE) and daily living skills.
- Use multi-sensory communication techniques (Makaton, symbols, signs).
- Provide emotional support and self-regulation guidance.
- Deliver personal care support (full training provided).
Requirements
- Permanent right to work in the UK
(no sponsorship provided).
- Ability to adapt learning for varied abilities, with strong communication skills.
- Empathetic, enthusiastic, and highly organised.

Desirable
Prior SEN/autism experience and Team Teach training.
