People Operations Admin

* Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

* Strong digital skills and confidence using spreadsheets

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

* Strong organisation and ability to manage high volumes

* Discretion when handling confidential information

Desirable requirements for

* Interest in HR, payroll, finance or administration

* University student or recent graduate in any field

* Flexibility to work hybrid and travel when required

Role for People Operations Admin

* Maintain and update employee records and information on the platform

* Manage contract changes, terminations, salary updates, and employee transfers

* Process payroll variables, benefits, expenses, and wage garnishments

* Review absences, holidays, and tax withholding to ensure accurate payroll administration

* Handle administrative tasks such as generating SEPA files and registering Social Security subsidies

* Provide high-quality administrative support to ensure a smooth payroll cycle for clients
