We are recruiting fixed term Operations Assistants, to be part of our established team to work in the evenings and some weekends. Full training given.

What You'll Do

No two days are the same! You'll be part of our Operations Team, making sure every event, meeting, and conference runs smoothly by:

Setting up and organising event rooms & AV equipment

Preparing, serving, and clearing refreshments

Welcoming and supporting guests

Keeping rooms spotless and guest-ready

Delivering outstanding customer service with a smile

Who We're Looking For

Enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to learn — hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential.

All roles need good communication skills, able to carry out light lifting and carrying duties, must be reliable and punctual. You'll need to be flexible to work in the evenings, and some weekend shifts (rotas provided in advance).

Details

Guaranteed 8 hours/week minimum, worked during days, evenings and weekends, flexibility will be important. Some additional overtime hours also available. Fixed term contracts- starting on Tuesday 1 September, ending 15 December 2026
