About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our busy and growing warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation, and customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock, processing orders, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse. Strong attention to detail, excellent timekeeping, and confidence using warehouse systems are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory and stock movements using warehouse software and databases.
- Operate stock rotation procedures
- Carry out quality inspections on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Perform high-level picking within warehouse racking systems safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve operational targets.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Good IT skills and confidence using computer-based systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
- Comfortable working at height within warehouse racking systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
Forklift training can be provided for the right candidate.
