The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be an important part of the nursery team, helping to provide a positive, safe and engaging environment for children.

You will be responsible for

Delivering high-quality care and education.

Supporting children's physical, emotional and educational development.

Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities.

Observing children and contributing to their learning records.

Following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

Encouraging children's confidence, independence and curiosity.

Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety.

What You'll Need

To be considered for these opportunities, you should have

A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.

Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

A genuine passion for childcare and children's development.

A reliable, positive and professional approach.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

A sound understanding of the EYFS.

The ability to create a caring and stimulating environment for children.
