In House Recruitment Advisor

You’ll be supporting AAT by developing and implementing successful attraction and selection plans for vacancies: filling vacancies with diverse, high calibre, motivated people in a timely fashion.

Major objectives

Work closely with managers to develop effective recruitment campaigns and manage these

Research avenues to source applicants for hard to fill roles, using data analysis where available

Identify and utilise opportunities to increase diversity

Promote opportunities to support internal promotions

Work in collaboration with the People Analytics, Payroll and Systems Lead to manage the Applicant Tracking System and ensure it is utilised to its full capacity

Manage relationships with agencies and negotiate cost effective rates and terms

Work with managers to design best practice and effective selection processes

Support managers with selection process, reviewing interview questions and developing selection methods as appropriate for the role and in line with AAT behaviours

Support managers with application sifting and sit on selection panels as required

Ensure AAT’s employer brand remains positive and visible

Suggest process improvements to ensure these are efficient and effective
