We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Catering Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of exceptional catering and hospitality services within a corporate environment. This role is at the heart of the operation, coordinating administrative processes, hospitality bookings, purchasing, financial administration, stock management, and compliance activities to ensure a seamless service for clients and customers.

The Role

As a Catering Operations Coordinator, you will provide essential operational and administrative support to the Catering Management Team, helping to ensure the smooth running of catering and hospitality services.

Key responsibilities include

• Coordinating hospitality bookings and customer requests.
• Managing purchasing activities, supplier orders, and stock control processes.
• Supporting financial administration, including invoice management and reporting.
• Maintaining menu information, allergen records, and catering systems.
• Keeping training, compliance, and audit records up to date.
• Producing operational reports and maintaining accurate databases.
• Responding to customer enquiries and supporting service excellence initiatives.
• Working collaboratively with catering teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• The role coordinates information and processes but does not include cooking, food preparation or kitchen cover.
